On request, our service personnel in the field will independently schedule the regular inspections on your machine according to the scheduled maintenance intervals and coordinate the necessary dates directly with you – this means that any signs of wear on the machine can be detected at an early stage and machine downtime can often be avoided.

Our maintenance contracts are flexible. We are happy to adapt them individually to your specific requirements and wishes. We can carry out maintenance work either on your premises or at the BVM factory.

Many customers are also interested in the possibility of having a long-serving machine overhauled and also equipped with new components if necessary – we are happy to help you with your decision making.

A high-quality and regularly maintained machine is an important prerequisite for a successful and uninterrupted production process.

Another contribution to production reliability and the smoothest possible process is your well-trained staff. This can avert damage to the machine and injury to personnel. Training also optimises the operating processes and increases the service life of the machine.

We are happy to train your team at our premises or on site at your machine to increase production reliability.

Even the best maintained and regularly checked machine is subject to wear and tear, which also necessitates the use of spare parts.

Statutory regulations guarantee that you will receive every spare part from us for the first ten years after the purchase of a machine.

In addition, we offer you high parts availability for standard machines, so that we can often send spare parts on their way on the same day of your order – also by express if necessary, so that the required part is with you the next day and machine downtime is kept to a minimum.

Our field service personnel will support you in replacing defective parts if necessary.

Many of our customers also pre-emptively order spare parts packages tailored to their respective machine types. This includes the most important wear parts so you are able to act even in an emergency.
