High-performance shrink tunnels
The BVM shrink tunnels are characterised by their solid construction and excellent air ducting properties.
The BVM shrink tunnels are equipped as standard with a bar chain conveyor with heat-resistant transport bars that are covered with silicone rubber. Double ventilation flaps allow the air ducting inside the shrink tunnel to be adjusted separately from outside. A digital temperature controller allows the shrink tunnels to be set at a constant maximum temperature of up to 250°C.
The passage width of the shrink tunnel SC film packaging machines ranges from 450 mm up to 1650 mm and the shrink hood length is between 800 mm and 4500 mm.
The air volume and the inflow direction can be conveniently regulated from outside. Patented and protected transport media such as the hybrid transport enable maintenance-free shrink-wrapping to be carried out without marks on the film.
