The SM Genius film packaging machine series is suitable for fully automatic packaging. Working in-line, the machine can be loaded both manually and fully automatically. The film packaging machine is used in combination with a flat film to produce a package that is closed on all sides with a film overlap on the underside.

The sophisticated packaging system and associated feed systems enable peak outputs of up to 60 product metres/min., depending on the model and equipment of the packaging machine. Using permanently heated sealing systems, all commercially available films from polyolefin to polyethylene and PVC can be processed on this film packaging machine.

Simple changeover of the Genius packaging machine via handwheels, partly servo-motorised, central adjustment of the shaped shoulder via handwheels and the guides in the infeed guarantee short changeover times of the film packaging machine as well as high production reliability.
