BM 400 – 1600 L/W/LE/LG – can be used individually
The BM-type BVM banderoling machines can be used in line or angle fed, depending on the model. In combination with flat film, a banderole packaging is produced. The banderoling machine is available as a semi-automatic or fully automatic machine, arranged in line with an infeed/outfeed conveyor, working at right angles. Can be combined with useful additional equipment.

Tight packers
SP 400 – 1600 L/W/LE/LG – for the tight film banderole, also without shrinking
This film packaging machine is used to tighten the film by means of a rubberised pull-back roller and controlled film clamping. The degree of tightening is infinitely adjustable. The product is fed into this packaging system via an in-line transport system or at an angle. The package formation is either produced in the packaging machine or already pre-grouped on site. The tight packer works with an upper and a lower film so that the films are sealed together to form a ‘film curtain’.

Combination banderoling machine
BMS 600 – 800 L/W – the fixed unit of banderoling machine and shrink tunnel on a single machine frame
These combination machines are also optionally available as tight banderoling machines. This film packaging machine is used to tighten the film by means of a rubberised pull-back roller where the degree of tightening is infinitely adjustable. A permanently heated, maintenance-free sealing system can be used to reliably process a 20–100 Mµ thick polyethylene film.
