Papertec 800 – the machine for fully automatic shipping packaging in pure grade paper

The potential applications for paper in outer packaging, e.g. as shipping packaging in e-commerce, are still far from exhausted today. The biggest challenge in using paper is the required production output. Fully automated solutions are needed here.

In this context, the BVM system appears revolutionary, because the Papertec 800 from BVM adjusts the paper format individually from package to package to suit the product size to be packaged. From a pair of socks to a jacket, all products are packaged fully automatically in an all-round sealed paper package with a shipping label. Free changes from soft to hard pack and vice versa are generally possible.

Sophisticated processes within this future-oriented system guarantee a process-safe and reliable production operation.

Added to this are new packaging concepts that ensure an even better ecological balance.
The magic word at BVM is “mono-material”. No additional plastic coating of the paper packaging material is necessary. Mono-material does not have to compromise on product protection and dust tightness. FSC or PEFC-certified paper enables the sustainable character – from raw material to recycling.

Numerous patents have been applied for and industrial property rights granted for the new machine concept and also for the innovative packaging.
