The BVM banderoling machines<\/strong> can be used in line or angle fed, depending on the model. In combination with flat film, a banderole packaging is produced. The banderoling machine is available as a semi-automatic machine or arranged in line with an infeed\/outfeed conveyor.<\/p>\n

Angle-fed with mechanical insert or with gripper take-off, a packaging machine for a wide variety of applications. The banderoling machine can be flexibly and optimally adapted to requirements by using a separate shrink tunnel.<\/p>\n

The product is fed into the banderoling machine via an in-line transport system or with an angular infeed. The package formation is either produced in the packaging machine or already pre-grouped on site. The banderoling machine or the tight packer works with an upper and a lower film which are sealed together to form a \u2018film curtain\u2019.<\/p>\n

The film is sealed around the product during transport or insertion to form a banderole. In the downstream shrink tunnel, the products are shrink-wrapped into a secure, transport-safe package.<\/p>\n

The shrink result in the shrink tunnel can be adjusted via an electronic temperature control and adjustable air flaps.<\/p>\n
