- Advice and sale of spare and ware parts
- High availability of parts for standard machines also in case of older machine types
- Experienced service technicians in the field with after sales-service cars equipped with spare and ware parts
- Availability of trained service technicians world-wide at short notice
- Supply of parts from stock
- In case of receipt of order:
Monday to Tuesday from 8.00 a. m. to 3.00 p. m. and on Friday till 1.00 p. m.,
delivery the same day.
Transport by DPD, if desired possible by TNT, DHL or Fed-Ex.
Alternatively by express or courier service individually according to customer’s request - Maintenance contracts
- Guarantee with regard to parts manufactured by BVM minimum „10 years“
